indigent parents and beneficiaries of Paglaum Community Development Center.
35 pioneering members. A meager initial capital of 2,000.00
Paglaum Community Development Foundation, Inc. formerly “Paglaum Center” in complementation
with Paglaum Multi Purpose Cooperative believe that molding the children and youth are the key factors
and are essential to the success of being a great leader and a role model in the society. The social services
of the foundation were improved to serve more children and families who seek support and requires help.
